World Ploughing 2016 will be hosting ploughmen and judges from more than thirty countries, including from as far afield as the USA, Kenya, Australia and New Zealand. 300 British ploughmen are expected to compete in the National Championships.

Supporting World Ploughing 2016 will be the first World Vintage Ploughing Championships and also trade stands, shopping stalls, craft exhibits, vintage displays and demonstrations celebrating a ‘Century of Agriculture’ and Britain’s agricultural heritage, ‘A Celebration of Steam’ by the Steam Plough Club, horse ploughing and a host of other events to attract farmers, their families and people with a love of the countryside.

Full catering facilities are on site for sit down meals or mobile outlets and licensed bar.

Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Car parking is free of charge.
